* You’re fluent in Finnish and comfortable communicating in English, both spoken and written.

* You enjoy taking initiative, managing your own workflow, and staying organized – but you also thrive in a team where collaboration is key.
* You have a few years of experience in customer-facing roles – whether that’s in sales, support, or retention, preferably in a dynamic setting.
* You have the ability to turn everyday conversations into genuine connections, making others feel understood, and communicating with clarity and ease.
