What you’ll be doing
Owning the technical roadmap for a core product domain
Leading and mentoring a team of engineers across delivery and technical execution
Driving architecture, reliability, scalability, and engineering qualityi>
Working closely with product and business stakeholders to align priorities
Managing sprint planning, delivery, incidents, and operational health
Building a strong engineering culture focused on ownership and continuous improvement

Previous experience leading software engineering teams
Strong technical background in backend or platform engineering
Experience working in fast-moving product or fintech environments
Strong understanding of agile delivery and engineering best practices
Comfortable balancing delivery speed with reliability and quality
