MISSION OF THE ROLE
We are seeking a Risk Process Consultant to support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Company’s risk management processes.
The role will focus on data collection and validation, risk analysis, regulatory compliance, and process optimization, working closely with country teams and corporate stakeholders. The successful candidate will contribute to strengthening risk governance, enhancing data-driven decision‑making, and integrating financial and regulatory risk considerations into business processes across the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Data Collection: Gather and consolidate risk‑related data across multiple business areas and countries.
* Data Validation & Quality Assurance: Perform audits on collected data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with supporting evidence; ensure data is properly structured and loaded into the corporate data repository.
* Participate in Country Risk Committees, contributing to risk assessments and discussions.
* Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to integrate risk analysis solutions into existing business processes.
* Compliance Monitoring: Track and ensure compliance with established deadlines for data submission and risk reporting.
* Supervise and coordinate the performance of Corporate Risk Controllers, ensuring consistency and quality of outputs.
* Reporting & Dashboards: Develop, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards to effectively communicate risk and sustainability performance to internal stakeholders.
* Process Optimization: Support initiatives aimed at optimizing risk and data management processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
* Stay up to date with emerging trends in analytics, risk management, and regulations, applying this knowledge to continuously improve company operations.
* Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in risk analysis and data management practices.
* Identify potential regulatory and compliance risks related to new business initiatives and define appropriate mitigation measures.
* Integrate financial impact analysis into the risk management process to support informed decision‑making.
REQUIREMENTS
* Strong proficiency in risk management and risk analysis methodologies, tools, and software.
* Demonstrable experience in a similar role within a business or consulting environment.
* Knowledge of sustainability‑related metrics and frameworks (e.g. environmental impact, health & safety, training metrics) is considered an advantage.
* Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
* Strong analytical skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
* Solid problem‑solving skills with a solution‑oriented mindset.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across different teams and countries.
* Willingness to travel as required.
* Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
