I am looking for a sourcing and procurement buyer (m/f/d) for a Public Cloud implementation for a client in Germany.
Details:
Start: asap
Duration: 3 months with possible extension
Workload: 2-3 days/week initially
Location: remote (from the EU)/ on premise (whenever it makes sense)
Project languages: English, German nice to have
**Tasks:**
- Implement sourcing and procurement strategies for public cloud projects at the client's site
- Utilize the SAP Activate methodology and work within the 3 system landscape
- Familiarity with tools such as SAP Cloud ALM for effective project execution
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation
- Conduct market research and vendor analysis to optimize procurement processes
**Qualifications:**
- Profound knowledge of procurement processes, especially in sourcing for public cloud projects
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology and working in a 3 system landscape
- Familiarity with tools like SAP Cloud ALM for project management
- Project experiences with implementing Public Cloud
- Ability to work independently and remotely with occasional on-site visits
