We are supporting a global leader in energy technologies, renowned for driving innovation and sustainability in thesector, in their search for a Scrum Master to join theirPeople & Culture Digital Products team. This organization isundergoing an ambitious digital transformation to optimize its corebusiness processes, including HR, finance, procurement, and projectdelivery.
The People & Culture Digital Products team isat the forefront of this transformation, implementing cutting-edgesolutions like cloud-based HR platforms, learningmanagement systems, and service and onboarding tools toenhance the employee experience globally.
As aScrum Master, you will lead multiple Agile teams acrossdiverse locations to deliver impactful solutions that empower theworkforce and support the organization’s global mission. Responsibilities
* Facilitate and guide Agilepractices, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.
* Coordinatemultiple Scrum teams (4–5 members per team) across 11 HR-relatedapplication areas.
* Oversee sprint planning, backlogprioritization, and execution in collaboration with Product Owners andLeads.
* Act as the main point of contact for resolvingblockers and ensuring progress during sprints.
* Manage theAgile workflow, from requirements gathering to UAT, pre-production,and deployment.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders andexternal vendors to ensure effective system integration.
* Ensure proper documentation, governance, and compliance withregulatory standards.
* Promote a culture of collaboration,knowledge-sharing, and continuous improvement within the team.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators such asvelocity and burndown charts.
* Support change controlprocesses and audits to ensure alignment with European regulations andorganizational policies.
Requirements(Must-Have)
* Experience:
* 10+ years inIT or digital organizations, including at least 5 years working onglobal HR systems.
* Proven experience as a Scrum Master (5+years) with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
* Technical Expertise:
* Familiarity withcloud-based HR systems, learning management platforms ,and service/help desk tools .
* Knowledge of middlewaresolutions for system integration.
* Business Knowledge:
* Strong understanding of HR processes, including TalentAcquisition, Talent Management, Payroll, Learning, Compensation, andInternational Mobility.
* Leadership & Soft Skills:
* Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functionalteams and senior stakeholders.
* Strong problem-solving,analytical, and organizational skills.
* Ability to thrive inhigh-pressure environments.
* Languages: Fluent inEnglish (oral and written).
Desirable Qualifications
* Familiarity with data-centric architecture ,including Master Data Management (MDM).
* Background in ITinfrastructure and cybersecurity.
* Previous experience workingwithin HR departments.
* Exposure to Business Intelligence(BI) tools and architectures.
