As a Material Operations Lead, you will report to the Procurement Operation Manager EMEA**Responsibilities**- Ensure an implementation of PPG integral supply management strategies and policies. The partners include the SBU local organization’s locations, Operations Directors and Supply Chain Directors who are the panners to deliver the expected goals.- Promote and implement GSM policies, in particular ensure that controls are in place per the ICSP.- Coordinating that agreed upon conditions negotiated between the Global Category Managers and the suppliers are implemented completely including Consignment Stocks, Vendor Managed Inventory, Packaging switches, Payment Terms.- Ensure that Global Purchasing Policy is implemented- Coordinate the onboarding of new suppliers, lead alternative suppliers/product approvals with the technical teams, local manufacturing and logistic teams.- Ensure that supplier performance evaluation process is managed in by Procurement Operational Team- Develop supply processes such as elaborating detailed supplier specifications, coordinating order consolidation, evaluating the use of the raw material HUB**Qualifications**- At least 2 years of Team management experience- Project management skills- Data analysis / good level with _|T _and e-tools- Responsiveness to and understanding of internal customer needs (Understand market & customer perspective).- Proficient English.Benefits include health insurance, pension fund**About us**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way**Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.**We are insightful, dedicated and proactive.
