Solution IT expert role will work within the Product Sustainability & Compliance team of the Technical Operations, Quality Assurance product line. This position includes the below mentioned tasks and responsibilities with main focus on SAP Product and REACH Compliance, SAP Product Safety (formerly SAP EHSM) and SAP S / 4HANA for Product Compliance Software Solutions.
Requirements 'must have'
* Very good application knowledge in: SAP Product and REACH Compliance, SAP Product Safety (formerly SAP EHSM) and/or SAP S / 4HANA for Product Compliance Software Solutions.
* At least 2 years of professional IT experience in the relevant SAP modules mentioned above.
* Participation in at least 1 SAP implementation project (full cycle) in a similar role.
* Some experience in EHSM (Product Safety, Product Compliance) processes and the relevant regulatory context.
* Good understanding of SAP material master.
* Able to contribute to alignment meetings and discussions with business and IT stakeholders.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
* Advanced English skills (reading, writing, listening, speaking).
* Based in Europe or Canada.

Special Requirements
Flexibility to travel approximately 10-15%, including outside of home country. Working hours aligned with European office hours, with potential shifts to early morning or late afternoon to coordinate with colleagues in California.
Key tasks / responsibilities
* Supports solution design updates and impact analysis, including documentation and architecture modeling ("as-is" and "to-be").
* Acts as junior IT consultant to stakeholders such as Product Owners, Product Managers, and Business Process Owners, supporting technical process flows, requirements, and gap analysis.
* Understands business processes and establishes links with technical teams responsible for application and product delivery.
* Supports alignment with the technology roadmap across teams.
* Assists in process optimization and development of new functionalities.
* Supports requirements gathering and demonstrates how requirements are addressed by solutions.
* Converts User Requirements into Technical Requirements and Work Packages for Developers.
* Supports development and modification of solution components, ensuring compatibility with architectures, standards, and policies.
* Collaborates with external consultants and developers in various project management methodologies.
* Develops technical knowledge and shares expertise within the team.
* Supports project implementation and planning.
* Assists in maintenance, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and change management activities.
* Contributes to defining testing strategies for System and User Acceptance Tests.
