Manage legal risks related to contracts, marketing, regulatory issues, litigation, privacy and employment matters. Ensure activities follow EU and national laws for pharmaceuticals, medical devices and cosmetics. Advise on industry codes such as Farmaindustria and EFPIA. /li liContracts Legal Documents: Draft, review and negotiate contracts across business areas (e.g. distribution, services, HCP / HCO agreements). Create templates and tools to improve efficiency and consistency in contract management. /li liCompliance Oversight: Ensure the affiliate complies with global policies and local laws. Lead compliance programs for transparency, anti-bribery, data protection and competition law. Manage the whistleblower channel and handle internal investigations. Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures. /li liData Privacy: Oversee data protection programs. Maintain policies, conduct audits and training, and ensure compliance with privacy laws and internal protocols. /li liRisk Management Litigation: Manage legal disputes with external counsel. Support debt recovery processes. Identify and address legal and regulatory risks. Monitor legal changes and adjust policies accordingly. Oversee risks tied to public procurement and hospital tenders. /li liLeadership Culture: Promote a culture of ethics and compliance. Train employees on legal and compliance matters.
