Sales Manager (m/f/d) Business Unit Pig
The role
* You are responsible for the sales territory Spain
* You will lead the region’s sales team
* You will act as the first point of contact for our sales staff and customers
* You will support our agents and distributors as well as plan, carry out and accompany sales negotiations with key accounts independently all the way to the conclusion of the contract
* You will analyse the market and be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies in the region
Your qualifications and experience
* You are a proactive salesperson who is self-confident and has leadership experience
* You have good knowledge of the pig industry
* In addition to your native tongue Spanish, sound written and spoken English or German skills are essential
* Individual initiative, the ability to self-organise and flexibility are also part of your skill set
* You are willing to travel in Spain and also to our head office in Germany from time to time
