Senior IT Business Analyst - Finance & Shared Services

As part of the local IT Finance team, the Senior IT Business Analyst, will act as the primary partner and “back up” for the local IT Finance Manager.
You will help for ensuring the operational continuity of the National Service Center (NSC) IT solutions and participate in different projects that improve and expand them.
Your role is to bridge the gap between high-level management and the technical team, ensuring that all financial and operational systems (AX2012, Coupa, Notilus, Summar) support the business objectives and comply with Group standards.
Management support & responsibilities:
* Manager Back-up: Act as the primary point of contact and decision‑maker in the absence of the IT Finance Manager, representing the department in national and regional committees.
* Strategic Support: Assist the Manager in defining the local IT Finance roadmap, budgeting for the NSC IT department, and resource planning.
* Team Supervision: Direct the day‑to‑day activities of the IT Finance analysts, ensuring the team meets the established SLAs and KPIs for the NSC.
Operational & Financial solutions oversight:
* Operational Continuity: identify and execute opportunities to improve productivity within Finance, Treasury, and Purchasing departments through automation and enhancement of core tools (AX2012, Coupa, Notilus, A365).
* Process Optimization: Lead the identification of bottlenecks in financial processes and implement IT solutions to increase productivity and internal control.
* M&A and Integration: Oversee the technical integration of new acquisitions into the NSC model, ensuring a smooth transition of financial and payroll data.
* Internal Control Guardian: Ensure all system configurations and IT processes comply with Eurofins’ Key Group Documents (KGDs) and local audit requirements.
* Payroll System Stability: Monitor the performance and integration of the Summar/Mentor payroll solution, focusing on its reliability and data flow into the financial ERP.
Education:
* University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Finance‑related disciplines.
Experience:
* Experience in IT Finance environments 3‑4 years, with a proven track record of taking on leadership responsibilities or acting as a second‑in‑command.
* Advanced knowledge of Financial ERPs (Dynamics 365 and AX2012 preferred) and Procurement tools (Coupa).
* Understanding of Shared Service Centre (SSC/NSC) dynamics and financial reporting cycles.
Languages:
* Fluent English is mandatory for reporting and international collaboration.
Soft Skills:
* Reliability & Ownership: High sense of responsibility to act as the Manager’s "right hand".
* Communication: Ability to interact with senior stakeholders (NSC Finance Director, Business Leaders).
