We are looking for an experienced and highly connected Senior Advertiser Manager to join our growing iGaming affiliate network team. This role requires a strong background in advertiser management, established industry relationships, and a solid technical understanding of affiliate tracking and integrations. We are looking for someone who can immediately contribute, bring value through existing connections and experience, and work as a key part of the network’s growth strategy.
As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the Head of the Affiliate Network to expand advertiser partnerships, strengthen existing relationships, optimize campaign performance, and support the continued growth of the network.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop, manage, and grow relationships with advertisers and strategic partners within the iGaming industry
* Identify new business opportunities and negotiate high-value partnerships
* Maintain strong communication with advertisers to ensure long-term collaboration and performance growth
* Coordinate campaign launches, offers, tracking setups, and performance optimization
* Work closely with affiliate managers, operations, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution
* Analyze campaign performance and proactively suggest improvements and scaling opportunities
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the affiliate space
* Assist in shaping advertiser acquisition strategies together with the Head of the Affiliate Network
Essential Qualifications
* Proven experience working within an iGaming Affiliate Network
* Strong existing advertiser connections and industry partnerships
* Solid technical understanding of affiliate marketing infrastructure, including: xpzdshu
* Postback integrations
* Tracking systems
* Pixel tracking
* Attribution models
* Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms such as: ReferON, Affise, Everflow, Income Access, NetRefer, Cellxpert, MyAffiliates, or similar
* Strong commercial mindset with negotiation and relationship management skills
* Proactive, self-driven, and highly organized
* Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the wider team
* Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with professional-level fluency and strong communication skills.
