As a Junior Key Account Manager – Convenience, you won’t just support plans—you’ll help bring them to life, ensuring flawless execution in a fast‑moving FMCG environment and directly contributing to our growth and profitability.
Drive the Numbers: You will work against Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets, turning commercial strategy into measurable sales and profit results.
Activate Winning Customer Plans: You will support the development and execution of customer business plans, ensuring alignment between Hero and our convenience partners.
Turn Insights into Action: You will analyse data, trends, and shopper insights to unlock sales opportunities, improve profitability, and strengthen category performance at point of sale.
Champion Flawless Execution: You will work hand‑in‑hand with Field Sales and internal teams to ensure promotions, displays, and local initiatives land perfectly in the market.
Own the Forecast: You will contribute to forecasting, demand planning, and trade spend management, improving accuracy and supporting sustainable growth.
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, or a related field; You bring 2–3 years of experience in roles such as Key Account Manager, Trade Marketing Specialist, or Category Manager.
Data‑Driven Storyteller:
~ You feel comfortable analysing numbers and trends, using logic and insight to solve business challenges and support strong commercial decisions.
You naturally focus on customer needs, balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution in a target‑driven sales environment.
You are fluent in Spanish (C2) and have a strong command of English (B2–C1), enabling you to collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
