The Opportunity
We are looking for a dynamic, talent centric and passionate HR Manager to join the HR team supporting Carolina Herrera Beauty and Lifestyle Brands. Based in Barcelona, you will play a key role in both the operational and strategic support of our talents and managers (approx. 150 people), contributing actively to the implementation of HR solutions. You will act as a true business partner, ensuring a supportive and engaging employee experience, aligning HR practices with the needs of the business and organisation.
What you'll get to do
1. HR Business Partnering:
1. Provide day-to-day support to managers and talents across all HR-related topics.
2. Coordinate with HR specialist teams (especially HR Administration) to ensure high-quality service delivery.
3. Manage the 360-employee lifecycle: onboarding, development and growth through to offboarding.
2. HR Processes & Annual Cycles:
4. Coordinate annual HR campaigns: performance reviews, talent reviews, and compensation processes in collaboration with Group teams (Talent Management & Compensation & Benefits).
5. Ensure effective and timely execution of all HR processes.
3. Talent Management & Development:
6. Identify skill needs and contribute to succession planning.
7. Support talent identification and acceleration programs.
8. Lead the training strategy: collect needs, design training plans in collaboration with the Learning team, monitor implementation, and assess impact.
4. Career & Mobility Management:
9. Support employees in their professional development: career advice, trajectory planning, internal mobility.
10. Contribute to defining tailored mobility strategies aligned with individual aspirations and business priorities.
5. HR Analytics & Strategic Reporting:
11. Monitor and analyze key HR metrics (headcount, mobility, performance, training, etc.) to support data-informed decision-making.
12. Prepare and deliver strategic presentations using HR KPIs for the Brands scope, with a strong data-driven mindset.
6. Cross-functional Projects & HR Initiatives:
13. Participate in or lead HR projects: change management, ways-of-working transformation, HR tools evolution, employer branding initiatives.
14. Provide support to the Talent Acquisition Specialist on selected recruitment topics and onboarding processes.
We'd love to meet you if you have
15. Proven experience (7-8 years minimum) in a generalist HR role, ideally in an international environment or within the consumer/ retail/luxury/beauty industry.
16. Entrepreneurial mindset: autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented, with strong prioritization and multitasking abilities.
17. Comfortable in fast-paced, ever-evolving environments and able to engage with diverse stakeholders.
18. Authentic interest and curiosity for the beauty and fashion industry.
19. Talent Centric mindset, passion for the evolution of the HR function and its impact on business and our talents
20. Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, adaptability, and a high level of confidentiality.
21. Fluency in English is essential
22. Proficiency in HR systems and a strong interest in data-driven and transformational HR environments.
