A multinational engineering and technology company with a strong global presence is seeking a HR Generalist to join its HR team in the Barcelona office (Gavà). The organization specializes in innovation-driven engineering solutions and fosters a collaborative, fast-paced work environment.
As part of a growing HR team, you’ll support a wide range of HR processes including HR administration, employee lifecycle tasks, onboarding, timekeeping, and more. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to deepen their HR knowledge in a dynamic international setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation
* Handle timekeeping management and respond to common HR inquiries (benefits, policies, hiring process)
* Support onboarding processes and ensure smooth integration of new hires
* Coordinate documentation and data entry in the company’s global HRIS system
* Assist with preparation of offer letters, contracts, and reference checks
* Act as a liaison with benefits providers and vendors
* Support in risk prevention and occupational health documentation (PRL)
* Conduct audits of HR records to ensure compliance
* Assist the HR Manager in administrative and recruitment support tasks
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
* Previous HR-related experience
* High level of confidentiality and discretion
* Strong computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Analytical mindset and attention to detail
* Self-starter with a proactive, hands-on approach
* Familiarity with local labor laws is a plus
* Experience working in fast-paced, international environments is desirable
