Nuzoa seeks a seasoned Account Executive – Germany to spearhead expansion in the region.
The ideal candidate will drive sales and build strong relationships with clients and partners, focusing on Enterprise and Medium-sized companies.
Key Responsibilities
* Sales and Business Development:
o Identify and target prospective accounts in Germany.
o Develop strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand the customer base.
* Partner Relationship Development:
o Develop and nurture relationships with existing and potential partners, including AV integrators, resellers, and industry collaborators.
o Identify partnership opportunities that align with Nuzoa's business objectives.
* Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
o Understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
* Product Presentation and Demonstration:
o Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients and partners.
* Negotiation and Closing:
o Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
o Closing sales and achieving quarterly quotas.
Requirements
* Experience:
o 3-5 years of experience selling tech or telecom services, ideally for B2B.
* Skills:
o Strong understanding of the B2B sales process and dynamics.
o Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Qualifications:
o Native-level German speaker with strong communication skills in English.
* Personal Attributes:
o Strong personal drive and determination to achieve results.
o Able to roll up sleeves and tackle challenges head-on.
