the development and commercialization of proprietary products-sold both in Spain and internationally-and a Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) service for major pharmaceutical companies.Job Description- Lead and supervise the Customer Service team and the Order Registration and Planning function.- Analyze purchasing trends and demand patterns to optimize planning and ensure data accuracy.- Implement demand forecasting tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy in planning processes.- Design and execute the company's sales planning processes, including developing and managing forecasting models.- Prepare the company's annual sales budget and monitor its performance.- Define and track customer satisfaction metrics to propose improvements in service delivery.- Ensure correct prioritization of customer orders based on strategic business needs.- Manage inventory levels by balancing supply and demand to meet customer requirements.- Proactively resolve issues arising from unexpected demand fluctuations.- Act as liaison between the Sales, Operations, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless coordination.- Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities to drive business growth.- Analyze recurring customer inquiries to continuously improve service and internal processes.The Successful Applicant- Over 5 years of experience in similar roles with direct responsibility for the areas outlined above.- Proven leadership experience in managerial positions.- Fluent in English;
proficiency in a secondlanguage is highly valued.- Solid knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector;
