About the role As a Customer Success Manager FR, you’ll be at the heart of this mission, managing the account portfolio of our French-speaking clients.
Reporting to our Customer Success Team Lead, this role sits at the core of our company, offering a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with Tech, Product, and Sales—helping you develop both technical expertise and commercial acumen along the way.
You’ll be working with senior stakeholders like CEOs, COOs, and Wealth Management Directors, gaining a deep understanding of our international corporate clients’ businesses. Your responsibilities will include:
Onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth start with our platform.
Leading quarterly account reviews, providing insights and strategic guidance.
Owning key success metrics—product usage, support ticket close rates, contract renewals, and customer satisfaction.
Proactively helping clients optimise their aggregation programmes and collaborating with Flanks teams to find the best solutions.
Serving as the go-to expert for clients' day-to-day queries.
Collaborating with different teams at Flanks to implement the best solutions.

What we'd love to see
Exceptional communication skills – Native-level French and fluent English are a must. Spanish, Portuguese, German, or a Scandinavian language is a plus.
Experience is important! We are looking for an experienced professional with at least 3 to 5 years of banking and client contact experience in financial or asset management.
Proven experience in a customer-focused role – solid track record in Sales or Customer Success, and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Relevant educational background – IT, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration preferred.
Strong stakeholder management skills – comfortable working with clients at all levels, from hands-on teams to senior executives.
Analytical & strategic mindset – able to interpret data, identify trends, and collaborate across teams to drive success.
Top-notch organisational skills – independent, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
Problem-solving attitude & resilience – stay cool under pressure and tackle challenges head-on.
A passion for learning & growing – eager to develop your career in Customer Success and learn new skills.
