General Responsibility: As the Business Development Specialist, you will play a key role in defining the company's portfolio and providing new solutions to patients. You will support candidate identification, project evaluation through cross-functional teams, and propose selected candidates to the board. This role involves close collaboration with the Business Development team and external departments.
Specific Responsibilities:
* Prospect, identify, and evaluate new business opportunities worldwide.
* Conduct market research and therapeutic area analysis.
* Identify customer needs, respond to inquiries, and propose creative solutions or business models promptly.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams, solve problems, and address doubts during project evaluation.
* Provide regular reports on progress and opportunities.
* Support other activities in the Business Development Department.
Requirements and Personal Skills:
* Education: Pharmacy or life sciences degree.
* Languages: Advanced Spanish and English.
* Experience: 1-2 years in the pharma industry, preferably in business development (generic business).
* Specific Knowledge: Excel skills and data analysis.
* Travel: No, occasional to 1-2 conferences per year.
* Personal Skills: Excellent communication, proactive, goal-oriented, self-motivated, decision-making ability, independent and team worker, organized, and problem solver.
