This full-time entry-level position will be performing property due diligence using Google, Municipal Websites, and other online resources. Once the research is complete, you will compile reports and send this information to our respective clients.

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (please note that from November-March, the start time would be 7:30am to 4:00pm local time to match Eastern Time)

Essential Functions
Ensure that projects comply with state requirements
Contact municipal government to validate online records, via email and phone
Assist in the processing of permits in the USA, and their requirements
Conduct online research
Compile reports using our proprietary software
Data entry work
Communicate with internal teams to confirm deadlines, update progress
Maintain workflow and order progress
Other duties, as assigned
Starting Pay Rate:
per month plus full benefits and opportunities for monthly bonuses.
Once training is completed, there is bonus eligibility upon meeting monthly productivity and quality targets. Pay will also increase to at that time.

Requirements
High school degree or equivalent
Experience on the phone (this is not a call center position but that type of experience would be helpful)
Advanced level of English reading and writing (B2/C1)
Proactivity, responsibility, and attention to detail, with strong communication skills
Ability to work during Colombian holidays to match US schedule (surcharge would apply)
Distraction-free work environment for home and must have reliable internet
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening prior to any offer of employment

Our hiring process will consist of an initial virtual interview to learn more about you and tell you about us.
If we are both still interested, there will be a technical assessment that also gives you a glimpse into what the work is like.
If you cannot complete the assessment from a home computer, you will be able to do it on location at our office.
If you pass the technical assessment, there will be a remote interview with the hiring team. If we are both still interested, you will go for a background check and drug screening. After all steps are successfully completed, we will extend an offer for employment.
