As a Senior Sales Manager for the DACH region, you will lead the multi-brand wholesale commercial strategy and grow sales through a clear marketplace approach.How You Will Make a Difference
Develop a 3-year business plan for the DACH market, including strategic account and distribution plans.Conduct regular reviews with key wholesale partners and contribute to brand strategy and GTM planning to maximize business potential.Drive growth through a marketplace strategy, optimizing distribution in alignment with brand strategy.Communicate business plans and update on KPIs regularly.Manage and lead the sales team and agencies to meet sales and profit targets.Coach and develop the sales team, enhancing performance and growth opportunities.Analyze sales data for key accounts, identify risks and opportunities, and implement seasonal sales strategies.Negotiate trade terms and oversee investment strategies to maximize margins.Collaborate with colleagues across the company to ensure maximum opportunity capitalization.Maintain and develop relationships with key accounts at the head office level.Work with regional merchandisers and planners to drive sales and sell-through, providing forecasts and delivery schedules.Ensure the communication of brand purpose and seasonal stories, maintaining global messaging and maximizing brand visibility.Provide feedback on the marketplace, competitors, and product development to the European leadership team.Complete all administrative tasks accurately and timely.Skills for Success
Strategic decision-making and leadership to drive business growth and profitability.Experience in developing strategies to optimize distribution and brand visibility.GTM management expertise.Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.Ability to analyze sales data to identify opportunities and risks.Fluency in both English and German, spoken and written.VF is a global apparel company connecting people to lifestyles they cherish through iconic brands.
