Their teams design advanced hardware platforms that showcase the full potential of next-generation silicon technology.If you are passionate about hardware architecture, high-speed PCB design, and building systems that enable cutting-edge semiconductor platforms, this is a great opportunity to join a highly technical and innovative engineering environment.We are looking for a PCB Senior / Lead Engineer to lead the design and development of advanced hardware platforms supporting next-generation semiconductor systems.What you'll doLead the architecture and design of complex multi-layer PCB systems.Define project architecture and technical direction based on cross-functional requirements.Work closely with silicon, physical design, and validation teams to deliver production-ready hardware platforms.Perform signal and power integrity analysis using advanced design tools.Design and route complex boards with high-speed interfaces such as PCIe and DDR/LPDDR .Manage designs involving high pin-count ICs, small ball pitch packages, and large silicon devices .Define power distribution networks for high-frequency and high-power designs.Ensure compatibility with industry form-factor standards and COTS hardware.Support prototype validation, acceptance testing, and certification processes.Oversee project documentation, revision control, and production supervision.RequirementsBachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.8+ years of experience in PCB design and hardware development.Experience with professional PCB design tools such as Cadence, Siemens, Altium, or similar .Experience with signal and power integrity analysis (e.G., HyperLynx).Strong experience with multi-layer PCB routing and high-speed interfaces .Experience designing systems with high pin-count ICs and advanced packaging technologies .Knowledge of power distribution for high-frequency systems.Experience with project documentation and revision management tools.Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.English level C1 or higher .Nice to haveExperience with hardware certification and acceptance testing.Experience leading hardware design teams.Experience working in semiconductor or high-performance computing environments.Why join usRelocation package for you and your family (visa, flight, first month rent, housing assistance).Permanent, full-time onsite role in Barcelona, Spain .Flexible working hours (9–6, Monday to Friday).Work in one of the few European companies building AI chip infrastructure .Small, highly skilled engineering team with opportunities for learning and growth. xiphtebSupportive environment including relocation assistance for families.Candies, coffee, and free Spanish lessons included
