About this project : Design, multimedia, and other related areas. We are seeking a project manager with experience in managing creative and strategic projects, capable of leading and coordinating the development of advertising campaigns, brand activations, packaging development, and multichannel strategies for clients in the food, alcoholic beverages, and fast-moving consumer goods sectors.
The project manager will be responsible for coordinating interdisciplinary teams (design, content, strategy, production, and accounts), ensuring the achievement of client objectives, and maintaining an efficient workflow aligned with timelines, budgets, and quality standards of the agency.
Main responsibilities
* Design and monitor work schedules, deliverables, and KPIs for each project.
* Coordinate creative and technical teams to ensure smooth and coherent execution.
* Act as the liaison between the client, internal team, and external vendors.
* Participate actively in kick-off, status, and project closure meetings.
* Control timelines, budgets, and quality of deliverables at all project stages.
* Identify risks, propose solutions, and keep stakeholders informed.
* Ensure creative proposals and executions align with the client’s strategy.
* Systematize processes to facilitate repeatability and scalability of campaigns.
* Prepare progress, learning, and post-campaign results reports.
Ideal profile / Requirements
* Over 4 years of experience in project management within marketing, advertising, or branding agencies.
* Experience with campaigns for mass consumer brands, food, or beverages (preferably premium).
* Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams under pressure with organization and empathy.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Knowledge of project management tools like Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Notion, or similar.
* Strong results orientation, attention to detail, and deadline adherence.
* Intermediate or advanced English proficiency (oral and written).
* Knowledge of creative processes, graphic / digital production, multichannel campaigns, packaging, and branding.
* Proactivity, problem-solving mindset, and strategic focus.
Additional valued skills include experience with regional or global brands, campaigns in European or Latin American markets, interest in culture, gastronomy, design, and consumer trends. A background in marketing, advertising, communication, or project management is also beneficial.
