Responsibilities:
* Financial Analysis: Monitor and evaluate financial performance, including cost analysis, revenue, profit margins, and key indicators.
* Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop budgets and forecasts, ensuring expenses stay within approved limits.
* Cost Control: Implement processes to control operational costs and optimize resources.
* Financial Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports for management and headquarters, including variance analysis and recommendations.
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all financial operations comply with regulations.
* Decision Support: Provide financial analysis for strategic decisions.
* Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks.
* Process Optimization: Suggest improvements to increase efficiency.
* Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work with headquarters and local management to ensure integrated financial management.
* KPI Monitoring: Establish and track relevant KPIs.
Requirements:
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
* At least 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or food/dairy sectors.
* Proficiency in financial analysis, cost control, budgeting, and ERP systems (SAP or M3).
* Advanced English skills (C1), spoken and written.
* Strong analytical, communication, leadership skills, and adaptability.
Work location: Vilanova i la Geltrú (Barcelona).
