The General Manager will report directly to the CEO of the Olyos Group and will oversee the Spanish subsidiary, Drasanvi, to further develop its strong potential. Drasanvi employs over 250 staff across its headquarters, production facilities, logistics depots in Léon, and its sales force throughout Spain, along with subsidiaries in Costa Rica, Chile, Peru, and Portugal. The brand has seen 23% growth over two years and is well-established in 1,500 pharmacies and 80 El Corte Inglés stores, with a strong reputation bolstered by partnerships with the Spanish soccer team and tennis star Rafael Nadal.
Main Tasks
The main responsibilities of the General Manager include :
Strategic Management
- Develop and implement Drasanvi's business development strategy aligned with Olyos Group objectives.
- Set and monitor growth and profitability targets.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
Management and Leadership
- Lead local teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Implement HR best practices and talent development.
- Manage daily operations, optimizing processes and ensuring quality.
- Coordinate with subsidiaries in Portugal, Costa Rica, Peru, and Chile.
Financial and Operational Management
- Oversee budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability.
- Establish and track KPIs and financial results.
- Ensure compliance with legal, tax, and regulatory standards.
Business Development and Partnerships
- Drive sales initiatives and develop client relationships.
- Negotiate partnerships and explore acquisition opportunities.
Communication and Reporting
- Maintain communication with Olyos headquarters.
- Report performance to the Group's Executive Committee and Supervisory Board.
- Represent the company at trade shows and events.
Profile Required
Professional Experience :
- University degree in management, business, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years in management, preferably in dietary supplements sector.
- Deep knowledge of the Spanish market, including economic, cultural, and regulatory aspects.
Skills :
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Financial acumen, strategic planning, decision-making skills.
- Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English; French is a plus.
