PstrongRemote Growth Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover) /strong /ppbr/ppstrong Start Date: /strong January 2026 /pp strongContract Duration: /strong 9–12 months (maternity cover) /ppbr/ppstrongRole Overview /strong /ppbr/ppWe are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to cover maternity leave and lead digital demand-generation and funnel-optimization initiatives. /ppbr/ppYou will own MediGuide’s digital growth engine, focusing on inbound lead generation, conversion funnel optimization, and digital initiatives that accelerate our B2B sales pipeline. You will collaborate closely with our global Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure marketing efforts directly contribute to high-quality MQL generation, nurturing, and conversion into SQLs. /ppbr/ppThis role is ideal for a highly analytical, digital-first marketer with strong experience in B2B performance marketing, LinkedIn Ads, website optimization, and SEO. /ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliPlan, execute, and optimize B2B paid campaigns with a strong emphasis on strongLinkedIn Ads /strong targeting insurers, brokers, TPAs, employers, and corporate benefit decision-makers. /liliDevelop and manage SEO strategy, including keyword research, content recommendations, and technical improvements to drive qualified inbound traffic. /liliOversee continuous website optimization: UX improvements, conversion rate optimization, landing page creation, and performance tracking. /liliIdentify, test, and scale new digital growth channels suitable for B2B healthcare (e.g., industry platforms, partnerships, webinars, targeted content syndication). /liliCreate effective lead-nurturing workflows to support progression from MQL to SQL. /liliCollaborate with the Sales and Customer Success teams to develop marketing collateral and content that enhances the sales cycle and supports a seamless client onboarding experience. /liliTrack and analyze key metrics (MQL volume, CPL, conversion rates, cost per SQL, website performance, SEO progress) and use insights to improve ROI and guide decision-making. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongRequired Skills Qualifications /strong /pulliExceptional English communication skills. /lili3–5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, ideally within healthcare, insurance, employee benefits, SaaS, or professional services. /liliProven success with LinkedIn Ads for high-value B2B lead generation. /liliExperience in SEO management, analytics, and website performance optimization. /liliHands-on knowledge of conversion funnels, lead scoring, and CRM/marketing automation tools. /liliHighly analytical mindset with a strong command of attribution and performance metrics. /liliAbility to work effectively in a fully remote environment: self-driven and proactive. /liliStrong project management skills: able to execute, iterate, and deliver quickly. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongNice-to-Have /strong /pulliExperience with healthcare or insurance B2B markets. /liliFamiliarity with funnels targeting brokers, underwriters, HR leaders, and corporate benefits managers. /liliExperience with HubSpot, Zendesk, or similar CRM tools. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhat We Offer /strong /pulliFull-time remote role.
