We are seeking an experienced Growth/ Business Development Director with a strong background in service sales across industries such as entertainment, sports, culture, live events, among others.
The role is critical to driving growth and diversification by opening new markets, developing innovative offerings, and expanding our revenue base through experiential services and strategic partnerships.
The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, creative, results-driven, and experienced in leading teams and managing complex projects in dynamic, customer-focused environments.
Key Responsibilities
Business Expansion and Diversification:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in sectors such as live entertainment, cultural events, sports experiences, and corporate engagements.
* Lead strategic initiatives to create new revenue streams and enhance the company's market position.
Strategic Partnerships and Sponsorships:
* Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, sponsors, and industry partners.
* Explore collaboration opportunities with brands, institutions, and event organizers to maximize business potential.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
* Design and implement innovative sales strategies to attract new clients and increase service adoption.
* Expand the client portfolio by entering new market segments and launching value-added services.
Leadership and Team Management:
* Lead a team of experienced professionals, fostering a high-performance and results-oriented culture.
* Guide and inspire teams towards achieving strategic goals and operational excellence.
Innovation and Market Intelligence:
* Monitor industry trends, benchmark best practices, and integrate innovative concepts into the business model.
* Stay informed about developments in entertainment, sports, and cultural sectors to drive relevance and competitiveness.
Education and experience
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
* Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in business development, service sales, sponsorships, or project development within the entertainment, sports, or cultural sectors, among others.
* Strong track record in launching new business initiatives and securing high-value partnerships.
