What we are looking for?
We seek talented professionals to join a strategic transformation initiative within the corporate banking division of a leading international bank.
The project focuses on modernizing the bank’s online and mobile platforms to deliver a digital-first experience that maximizes process efficiency and customer value. You will join a team dedicated to designing and developing customer interfaces—web and mobile—and supporting backend integrations, aiming to establish a scalable, efficient corporate banking platform for all client segments.
Your main responsibilities as Android Tech Lead will be :
* Analysis and design of new features
* Development, code review, and testing of features
* Incident resolution
* Technical alignment with Product Owner and other teams
Skills needed to succeed :
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* Minimum 4 years of experience in Android native development
* Detailed knowledge of Kotlin
* Proficiency with Android Studio, Git, and Gradle
* Experience with Android Jetpack
* Knowledge of security mechanisms : Keystore, SSL pinning, encryption (AES, Diffie-Hellman), man-in-the-middle protections
* Knowledge of hardening mechanisms : ProGuard, DexGuard (or similar)
* Experience with architecture design for mobile applications (e.g., MVC, SOLID, MVVMC, clean architecture)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication skills, fostering knowledge sharing and learning
* Initiative in seeking new solutions and improvements
* Teamwork orientation
