We are looking for an IT Engineer specialized in Database and System Administration, who will ensure the performance, reliability and continuous improvement of our database systems through technical support, optimization and the design of robust data architectures. This role will contribute to the selection of database technologies, develop technical standards, and implement solutions that support the stability and scalability of our systems.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Providing technical support for databases, including performance optimization, troubleshooting and technical training.
Participating in the technical evaluation and selection of database technologies.
Contributing to the development of database-related standards and guidelines.
Designing and implementing technical solutions for system databases.
Your profile and qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
High level of English, minimum B2. Knowledge of Chinese will be valuable
At least 2 years of previous experience in data-related fields or as a database architect.
Must possess the capability to design distributed database architectures and must have in-depth knowledge of popular databases like Oracle, MySQL or SQL Server.
Availability to work on-site at our facilities based in Figueruelas (Zaragoza).
