Job Title: Sales Representative - Contact Lenses

The main goal of this position is to influence customers to develop the contact lens category by generating new users. The role involves shifting ECPs and owners' mindsets to be more proactive in offering contact lenses. The candidate must understand and execute Joint Business Planning (JBP) in Key Accounts (KAs).

* Analyze business opportunities and identify growth areas.
* Influence customers to adopt a proactive approach to contact lenses.
* Understand the needs and specifics of each channel, including independent stores, buying groups, and chains.
* Utilize basic tools to develop the contact lens category, such as customer journey mapping, POS data, databases, and organizing customer training sessions.
* Implement the JBP strategy defined for each KA.
* Develop the Misight category by educating and encouraging ECPs to improve children's lives.
* Follow the coverage plan tailored for each area based on customer segmentation.
* Build strong relationships with customers, including ECPs, owners, and sales staff.
* Negotiate price increases when necessary.
* Contribute to team value and collaborate effectively.
* Understand and utilize CooperVision programs.
* Complete all reporting and administrative tasks accurately.
* Possess basic product knowledge of CooperVision and competitors' products.
* Attend congresses and industry events as required.
* Prepare for ongoing training and professional development.
