YOUR TASKS :
1. Work as part of the Spain, Africa, APAC Region service team. Lead a team of coordinators and blade technicians to plan, execute, and track blades projects. Ensure a Zero HSE incident culture, meet budgets, and achieve quality standards.
2. Support regional blade operational matters to ensure business profitability and quality standards.
3. Lead a team of blade coordinators, technical support engineers, experts, and technicians.
4. Manage long-term planning of activities and resources for blade works in the region.
5. Assist field operations in attending to new customer requirements and lead technical meetings.
6. Lead complex technical or special projects outside standard operations.
7. Support the Sales team in securing new order intake and creating aftersales market opportunities.
8. Define team strategy, oversee recruitment, and develop career paths for employees.
9. Maintain financial control over team and projects, including Budget and Forecast processes.
10. Collaborate closely with other stakeholders such as PM, Sales, and Finance.
11. Drive technical topics in coordination with the engineering team.
12. Participate in initiatives to improve competitiveness.
13. Perform other tasks related to service operations.
14. Report on KPIs, Budget, and Performance metrics.
15. Lead continuous improvement projects within their scope.
YOUR PROFILE :
1. Degree in Industrial Engineering (Mechanical and/or Electrical).
2. Master’s degree in Project Management.
3. Experience in the wind industry in a senior technical management role.
4. Experience working within matrix organizations.
5. Proficiency in English (C1 level).
6. Valuable knowledge in SCADA, Wind Turbines Trainings, MS Office, SAP, JDE Edwards, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint.
7. Senior Technical Manager profile with experience in complex technical topics.
8. Flexible, stress-resistant, able to handle conflicts, with a strategic mindset.
9. Strong decision-making, planning, and prioritization skills.
10. Systematic work approach and problem-solving skills.
11. Teamwork, collaboration, customer focus, and end-to-end thinking.
