This is a unique opportunity to join one of the most prestigious hospitality destinations on the Costa del Sol.The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the restaurant delivers an exceptional guest experience, maintains operational efficiency, and achieves financial objectives. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership in high-end hospitality, with a deep understanding of service, staff management, and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, train, and inspire the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to maintain world-class standards.Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and consistent guest satisfaction.Implement and monitor operational systems, procedures, and policies to maximize efficiency.Manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost controls to achieve revenue and profitability targets.Work closely with ownership and senior management to develop and execute business strategies.Foster a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.Handle guest relations with professionalism, addressing feedback promptly and effectively.Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure menu execution meets brand and quality expectations.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of management experience in a high-end or fine dining hospitality environment.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop diverse teams.Solid financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.Fluent in English & Spanish (additional languages are a plus).Well-presented, professional, and confident in handling VIP clientele.Flexible schedule, work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.What We OfferCompetitive gross monthly salary of €4,000–€4,500.Opportunity to lead at one of Marbella’s most respected dining establishments.Supportive ownership and management team.A dynamic, high-energy work environment with opportunities for growth.
