About the position:We're looking for a Product Manager with strong program ownership who can lead product discovery and delivery while also coordinating cross‐functional efforts across different areas (marketing, legal, compliance, sales, operations...)
You will own outcomes, not just backlog. You'll act as the connective tissue for one of our new initiatives: ensuring priorities are clear, dependencies are managed, and teams are aligned around shared goals.
This is a hands‐on role combining product management, program coordination, and stakeholder management.
Key responsibilitiesProduct Management
Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap in line with project goals and user needs
Lead discovery, problem definition, solution design, and prioritization in an agile environment
Translate business goals into epics, user stories, and clear execution plans
Use data and user insights to validate hypotheses, prioritize initiatives, and measure success
Ensure a strong customer‐centric approach balancing user value and business impact
Program & cross‐functional coordination
Coordinate initiatives across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Sales/AM, and Operations
Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers early and drive resolution
Ensure legal, compliance, and operational requirements are embedded into product delivery
Act as the single point of ownership for cross‐team alignment and decision follow‐up
Execution & delivery
Plan and run agile ceremonies; ensure iterative and predictable delivery
Track progress against OKRs and milestones with a focus on measurable outcomes
Balance speed with quality, scalability, and regulatory constraints
Stakeholder management
Communicate clearly on progress, trade‐offs, risks, and decisions
Align stakeholders with competing priorities through clarity and strong judgment
Drive decisions using data, structured thinking, and product sense
Experience and qualifications:
3-6 years in Product Management, Program Management, or hybrid roles
Experience leading complex, cross‐functional digital initiatives
Proven exposure to legal, compliance, or regulated environments
Experience with platforms, marketplaces, SaaS, or developer‐facing products is a plus
Driving team collaboration
Strong product thinking: problem framing, prioritization, and outcome orientation
Excellent organizational and coordination skills; comfortable with ambiguity
Clear, structured communication (written and verbal)
Able to operate between strategy and execution
Data‐informed, pragmatic decision‐maker
Ownership‐driven, proactive, collaborative, and decisive
