If you are unable to receive a COVID-19 vaccine due to a disability, serious medical condition, or because it would violate your sincerely held religious belief, you will have an opportunity to request a reasonable accommodation. _- _- Roles based outside the US:_**Position Summary: The Account Manager will work with various targets and will be the "territory manager" of their sector and will be responsible for:- Ensuring the promotion and sales of products according to the strategy of the Marketing plan and Sales plan.- Developing the positioning, be accountable for attaining revenue and profitability goals and independently analyze the decision-making and patient referral patterns in the territory.- Drive initiatives to improve patient care in disease area by educating stakeholders in order to detect undiagnosed and misdiagnosed patients and establish sustainable relations to relevant decision makers who influence treatment- Developing the brand image of UGX and its products while promoting a win-win partnership with its customers- Keep a professional attitude whatever the circumstances and think about the development of UGX products**Responsibilities**:- Reporting to the field force manager (FFM) with whom you will share projects and activities, you will oversee establishing and developing professional relationships with all the actors involved in the rare diseases area.- This involves establishing links with the network of specialists seeking earlier diagnosis of the disease, but also its management, as well as all other people concerned by these diseases to ensure the success of the product launch:- You will be the main contact for all aspects of the product in the hospitals and clinics in your area and will prospect in the institutions.- You establish excellent relations with the key customers and answer their requests for information- You implement, after validation, the action plan that you have established and ensure the follow-up and reporting- You implement and manage customer relationship strategies / business plans within approved budgets- You monitor the market and the evolution of the hospital environment in your area- You organize regular meetings with the centers and teams involved, in order to ensure continuous improvement in the quality of information and the proper use of the medication for which you are responsible- You map medical referral patterns to identify key customers- You organize and implement awareness activities in close collaboration with Medical Affairs and in strict compliance with the rules- In charge of promoting information and awareness campaigns for early diagnosis/management, you will also act as an expert on all product-related issues- Communicate information to the Field Force Manager in a timely manner regarding business trends and changes in the therapeutic environment- You participate in meetings and trainings to maintain your scientific knowledge at the highest level.- Conducting medical education events in person and in digital formats to disseminate knowledge among key stakeholders to ensure the safe and appropriate use of the product,- Developing and executing strategies to identify undiagnosed or misdiagnosed patients- Monitor changes in the health care system to identify new business opportunities- Report any PV event in accordance with the regulations and the Company requirements**Requirements**:- A degree in science or strong experience in a similar position in a specific scientific field- Experience in managing a large area, ideally of product
