How will you make an impact?
The Revenue Optimization Manager is responsible for maximizing the company’s revenue and profitability through data-driven analysis and cross-functional collaboration. This role focuses on identifying opportunities to enhance revenue, reduce costs, and improve overall commercial performance by designing and implementing strategic initiatives. The position acts as a key link between commercial, product, finance, and technical teams to ensure the successful execution of revenue-enhancing projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze large datasets to identify revenue growth opportunities, cost reduction areas, and margin optimization strategies.
* Develop, propose, and lead initiatives aimed at improving revenue performance and operational efficiency.
* Collaborate with commercial, contracting, finance, product, and technical teams to design and implement optimization projects.
* Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented initiatives, ensuring measurable impact on revenue and profitability.
* Identify inefficiencies in current processes and work closely with technical teams to automate and optimize workflows.
* Review product configurations, commercial conditions, and customer-related restrictions to identify opportunities for margin improvement.
* Support pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies through analytical insights and recommendations.
* Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to track revenue optimization performance.
* Ensure alignment of revenue optimization initiatives with overall business strategy and objectives.
Essential Qualifications and Knowledge
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
* Strong ability to develop actionable plans, execute them effectively, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery.
* Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
* Strong organizational abilities combined with meticulous attention to detail.
* High level of problem-solving ability, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
