What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and user-driven Content Manager to help deliver high quality and impactful in-product content for a next-generation health and wellness mobile app. This role focuses on in-app experiences — including video classes, written guidance, recipes, and interactive features. You’ll execute and operationalize the content strategy, manage production workflows, ensure quality, and use data to drive improvements. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and research teams to deliver content that’s engaging, effective, and aligned with our users’ goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end workflow of in-app content initiatives — from planning through to launch across multimedia formats (video, audio, text, interactive), ensuring timely delivery and consistent quality.
* Maintain and enforce editorial standards and brand guidelines across all content types.
* Collaborate with content strategists, designers, producers, and subject matter experts to deliver high-impact, user-centered content.
* Partner with UX researchers and analysts to incorporate user insights and behavioral data into content decisions and iterations.
* Contribute to A/B testing initiatives — helping define testable hypotheses, implement variants, and track performance metrics.
* Monitor and report on key content performance indicators (engagement, retention, completion rates) using relevant dashboards and tools.
* Identify opportunities to repurpose or adapt in-product content across other channels (e.G., CRM, lifecycle marketing) to extend value and reach.
* Proactively identify process improvements and contribute to scaling a high-quality, data-informed content operation.
* Stay ahead of market, product, and health/wellness content trends — and actively shape them — to position the brand as a leader in the space.
Required Skills
* 5+ years of hands-on experience managing content within a mobile or digital product environment — ideally in wellness, health, fitness, or education.
* Proven ability to manage multi-format content projects (video, text, audio, or interactive) from concept to launch.
* Strong editorial judgment with a track record of delivering clear, engaging, and user-focused content.
* Comfortable working with product, UX, and research teams to align content with user needs and product goals.
* Confident using data tools (e.G., Amplitude, Google Analytics, or similar) to monitor performance and guide decisions.
* Experience working within A/B testing frameworks and applying insights to optimize content experiences.
* Highly organized and proactive, with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment.
* Fluent in written and spoken English with strong attention to tone, clarity, and accuracy.
