Responsibilities
- Follow instructions regarding shifts, hours, tasks and daily workload.
- Assist the Kitchen Assistant with duties.
- Arrange the station and refrigeration units for optimal use of products.
- Maintain refrigerated products in good condition and the correct temperature, using the latest items first.
- Produce pizzas according to procedures, quality standards, recipes and photographs, monitoring portion control and minimizing waste.
- Deliver center‑of‑consumption requests promptly, meeting specifications on garnishes, cooking terms, etc.
- Adhere to HACCP, safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards, keeping the highest hygiene and order to reduce accident risk and ensure food quality.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in 4‑5 star hotels.
- Knowledge of food handling, hygiene and food safety.
- Pizza preparation skills and related culinary knowledge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools.
- Knowledge of hotel operations.
- Versatility across the services offered.
- Teamwork, passion for service and customer orientation.
- Team spirit and proactivity.
