Position Overview
In this essential role, the Business Manager – BL Linac Solutions & QA Solutions Portfolio is responsible for enabling, facilitating, and driving sales of Elekta Linac Solutions and QA portfolio in Region Europe.
What You'll Do
* Support the BL Leader and Sales Director, Clusters to develop a strategic plan per country and support on successful implementation of the short- and long-term plan, including sales activities, programs, and marketing.
* Identify and develop sales opportunities of the REU Business Line Linac Solution business to both the installed base and new customers through direct sales activities, the cluster, and agents/distributors, in close collaboration with local sales teams.
* Support the cluster sales teams and customers with in-depth product expertise, including presentations, sales pitches, customer visits, demos, and internal training.
* Provide internal support to resolve REU Business Line Linac Solution related issues, manage challenges, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
* Support the full utilization of tools like CLM, Salesforce, and Oracle for sales and quotes.
* Assist with product launches in the region, including defining market targets, planning, and executing sales strategies.
* Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers, turning them into valuable reference sites.
