As a Cloud Solution Architect focusing on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Digital Contact Center solutions, you guide customers through architectural decisions that modernise engagement and enable AI-enabled, low-code agility. You’ll work with senior stakeholders across teams to deliver secure, scalable, and cost-optimised architectures, while shaping reusable patterns and governance. This role blends technical depth with advisory influence, offering exposure to diverse industries and markets and a clear impact on customer outcomes.

• Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) experience
• Digital Contact Center (CCaaS) solutions experience
• Secure, scalable, and resilient end-to-end solution design across cloud environments
• Proficiency in Power Platform with strong ALM and deployment pipelines
• Hands-on telemetry and data analysis using Application Insights and KQL
• Extensibility using JavaScript and C# plugins
• English and Italian proficiency
