The role involves consultative sales of high-value technology solutions used to document and digitize construction projects.You will work with multiple stakeholders across sectors such as healthcare, urban infrastructure, education, transportation, and energy, helping them integrate innovative documentation technologies into their projects.Solutions PortfolioYou will represent Multivista's suite of construction documentation solutions, including:Photographic Documentation360° PhotographyConstruction Webcams3D Laser ScanningVideo Documentation3D Virtual ToursSelf-Documentation SolutionsKey ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities within the construction ecosystemGenerate leads through calls, LinkedIn outreach, industry events, and networkingLeverage existing industry relationships to build long-term partnershipsCoordinate with marketing to develop materials that support the sales processTrack performance and pipeline using CRM systemsPrepare forecasts and report sales performance against targetsRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade fairsWho you areProven experience in sales within the Spanish construction, architecture, or engineering sectorExisting network of industry contacts is highly valuedUnderstanding of construction bidding processes and project stakeholdersExperience selling technology solutions or services related to constructionStrong communication and relationship-building skillsExperience with CRM platforms and KPI trackingComfortable using digital sales platforms and modern sales toolsWillingness to travel for client meetings and industry eventsRequirementsHigher education degree (sales, marketing, architecture, engineering, or construction-related fields preferred)Minimum 5 years of proven sales experienceProficiency with office software and CRM systemsFluent English required (additional languages are a plus)Conditions & BenefitsFull-time positionFlexible schedule (start between 7:00–9:00, finish between 16:00–18:00)Hybrid work model with occasional office and client visitsCompetitive salary: €40,000 – €45,000 + sales commissionWe are an equal opportunity employer.
