Position Overview: As a leading provider of innovative solar construction management solutions, Terabase is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead its market expansion in Europe. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to join our team. Based in the European Union, the Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and developing strategic sales plans to expand our market presence in Europe. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the solar construction industry and a proven track record in software sales. What you’ll do at Terabase: · Lead sales of Terabase construction technologies to EPCs and IPPs in Europe. · Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives in the European market. · Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the solar construction sector in Europe. · Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers. · Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in Europe. · Present and demonstrate our construction software solutions to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and value propositions. · Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. · Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the European market. · Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. · Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our products. · Support market launch and commercialization of new products · Provide support for the MENA region as needed, including market research, client engagement and client engagement · Support project management and project operations during delivery phase, demonstrating operational aptitude resulting in delighted customers · Identify, build and maintain relationships with new and existing suppliers and contractors, negotiate contracts and ensure the efficient execution of contracts and services · Support the preparation of cost estimates, track expenses, and work with finance teams to report on financial status · Serve as the face of Terabase for a portfolio of projects of key customers and manage their experience throughout the life of the engagement · Act as a voice of customer by representing their perspectives and interests in areas such as product roadmap, technical support, quality, etc. Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field. · Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably in the renewable energy or construction industry. · Proven track record and success of meeting or exceeding sales targets. · Strong understanding of the utility-scale solar and renewables industry and construction management processes · Ability to sell technical products, preference for an engineering background or strong technical aptitude · Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. · Customer-focused mentality with a consultative approach · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. · Willingness to travel as needed within Europe and occasionally to the MENA region. · Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Project management experience in renewable energy project construction Knowledge or experience working with photogrammetry and drone image processing software such as Pix4D, Agisoft Metashape, ODM, DroneDeploy, ArcGIS, SimActive Correlator3D, Propeller etc. What We Offer: Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
