- Natixis Madrid is the Spanish branch of Natixis the CIB of group BPCE
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Learn the front-to-back trading and selling process of one or several instruments (mostly equity derivatives, but also other asset classes due to our Cross asset platform).
- Help with the onboarding of new clients in the Natixis internal systems;
- Taking responsibility for the full After-Sales follow-up for all primary transactions in coordination with Senior Marketers, Trading, Structuring as well as Back Office and Middle Office;
- Help to answer simple customer queries on an electronic platform by liaising with the senior Sales in the team ;
- When possible, help with the automation of some of the tasks of the team, under the lead of a senior Sales ;
- Monitoring certain daily activities (trades, expiry and exercise options, credit line limits, market data...);
- Interaction with Structuring and Trading franchise as well as peers in Sales.
**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:
We are looking for a dynamic individual who has recently graduated or is about to complete their degree in banking, economics, or finance.
Fluency in English and French is essential, with Spanish being a plus.
Be rigorous, autonomous, and skilled in building interpersonal relationships.
Previous experience in client-facing roles or relevant internships is advantageous. Behavioral skills include being results-driven, adaptable, customer-focused, and detail-oriented, as well as showcasing resilience, active listening, strong organizational skills, and proactivity.
