Job Title

Subscription Management Associate - Hospitality Solutions

Summary of the Role

Join our transversal team supporting the activation and management of subscriptions for leading hospitality solutions (Business Intelligence, Service Optimization, Sales & Catering). As a Subscription Management Associate, you'll help ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for customers, working closely with internal teams and contributing to a welcoming, team-focused culture.

Main Responsibilities

* Carry out subscription activations and deactivations for multiple hospitality products.

* Complete pre- and post-implementation tasks, including collecting and validating customer information and making adjustments after go-live.

* Use internal tools (Salesforce, Confluence) to track, document, and manage assigned projects.

* Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders, mainly through email, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

* Collaborate with sales, commercial, and project office teams to resolve issues and escalate when needed.

* High sense of accountability and ability to work independently.

* Good attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.

* Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with others.

* Clear written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing business needs.

* Proficiency in English and Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Salesforce and Confluence is helpful but not required.

* Experience in hospitality or related customer service environments.

* Background in customer support or ticket-based systems.

* Motivated to learn and adapt to new products and processes.
