The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to make independent decisions and lead change initiatives that align with long-term business strategy and customer-centric outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Transformation and Initiative ManagementDesign and implement a comprehensive transformation strategy for a unified global operating model, assessing the current state and defining the future state across global locations.Develop a roadmap for process optimization, leveraging AI and data-driven insights to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.Identify industry trends and collaborate with key department leaders and stakeholders to recommend changes and improvements.Participate in projects and initiatives to improve performance, efficiency, and effectiveness.Lead and facilitate change management efforts, ensuring stakeholder engagement and support throughout the transformation process.Evaluate, recommend, and implement technology solutions supporting transformation initiatives, including tools and systems.Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback, identifying opportunities for optimization, and implementing changes accordingly.High Performance Team BuildingCultivate and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams focused on innovation, problem-solving, and value creation.Make tough decisions that drive strategic goals and operational excellence.Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and strategic thinking across the organization.AI and Data-Driven StrategiesIdentify and evaluate AI capabilities and develop strategic plans to integrate these technologies into current business processes.Build and execute AI strategies to enhance support delivery, including predictive analytics, automation, and personalized customer solutions.Leverage data-driven insights to identify customer pain points, optimize workflows, and create scalable solutions.Develop team expertise to solve complex customer challenges and translate solutions into value-generating outcomes.Cross-Functional Collaboration and InnovationCollaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to identify innovative solutions and develop problem-solving frameworks.Leverage partnerships to influence key decisions and drive successful execution of strategic initiatives.Create solutions based on analytical thinking, comparing and selecting alternatives, with in-depth analysis and interpretative thinking.Cost Optimization and Budget ManagementCollaborate with senior management to develop and implement cost measurement techniques for various cost drivers such as cost to serve, resolution, cloud, resources, and AI-related costs.Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor cost metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making through trend analysis.Performance Management and MBOsDefine and implement measurable Management by Objectives (MBOs) to align teams with strategic goals.Establish KPIs to track transformation progress, team performance, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.Continuously optimize team structures, processes, and tools for agility and scalability.Stakeholder Engagement and Executive PresentationsPartner with senior leadership to align support transformation and strategic initiatives with corporate strategy and customer success goals.Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent adoption of initiatives.Act as a change agent, communicating vision and driving buy-in at all levels.Develop presentations to share strategies and recommendations with leadership, focusing on actionable outcomes.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field;
Master’s preferred.10+ years of progressive experience in support, technology operations, or transformation roles within large global organizations, preferably with B2B platform knowledge.Proven experience in leading global transformation, strategy execution, change management, and process improvement, with at least 3 years in managerial or strategic consulting roles.Project Management or Change Management certification preferred.Strong project management skills, including leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven decision-making approach.Strategic thinker with the ability to balance vision and execution.Good understanding of AI, automation, and data platforms in technical support and platform engineering.Experience in setting and managing performance-based goals and team restructuring.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate across all levels.Strong leadership qualities to inspire and motivate teams through change.Results-oriented with the ability to make transformational decisions amidst complexity and ambiguity.Experience in transforming siloed support ecosystems into unified, domain-focused models.Ability to build high-performing global teams and make tough decisions.Passion for solving customer challenges through technology, data, and process innovation.Why work here?Join us to make technology happen in surprising ways.
