We’re seeking an experienced Marketing Analytics & Measurement Lead to join our Marketing Analytics & Data Activation team — a visionary thinker and hands‑on builder who will redefine how we measure marketing impact across web and app.
In this individual contributor role, reporting to the Head of Marketing Analytics & Data Activation, you’ll lead the agenda for dedicated data scientists, data engineers, and analysts — designing and building the systems that power the next era of data‑driven growth at eDreams ODIGEO.

The Mission
Your mission is to
turn marketing data into strategic advantage.
Build Intelligent Systems & Automation
Design and evolve scalable frameworks and models to measure marketing effectiveness.
Translate results into actionable investment recommendations to maximize marketing ROI.
Partner with engineering and data science to industrialise measurement — from
incrementality testing
(Conversion Lift, GeoLift, Causal Impact) to
MMM, MTA, and predictive models.
Use advanced analytics and experimentation to uncover what truly drives incremental growth.
Collaborate & Influence
Act as the internal thought leader on marketing measurement — influencing not just
what
we measure, but
how.
Champion an incrementality‑first mindset across the organisation.
Lead the adoption and integration of new measurement frameworks into the marketing strategy and operations.
What you need to succeed
5+ years of experience in
marketing analytics, measurement, or marketing science, ideally in a digital or app‑based business.
Hands‑on experience and deep understanding of
incrementality testing
(Conversion, Brand & Search Lift, GeoLift experiments).
Hands‑on analytical capability in
Python or R, and comfortable in
SQL
for data manipulation.
Strong ability to interpret complex datasets and distil them into
clear, actionable insights.
Excellent
communication and storytelling
skills, with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
Nice‑to‑Haves
Deep understanding of
multi‑touch attribution (MTA)
and
marketing mix modelling (MMM) .
Experience building
marketing data products
or automation pipelines with data engineers.
Familiarity with
cloud data environments
(BigQuery, AWS, GCP) and visualisation tools (Looker, Data Studio, Power BI).
Exposure to
performance marketing platforms
(AppsFlyer, Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
A passion for
experimentation, automation, and simplifying complex systems.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Applied AI Tools:
Demonstrated comfort using practical AI tools such as Gemini, or other AI‑powered assistants.
Experimentation Mindset:
Curiosity and eagerness to explore, experiment with, and integrate emerging AI‑driven solutions into workflows.
AI‑Enhanced Problem Solving:
Ability to effectively leverage AI tools to streamline processes, and enhance productivity.
Adaptability and Learning Agility:
Enthusiastic about continuously learning and quickly adapting to new AI features and capabilities.
