What You’ll Do
This is a client-facing role, delivering ongoing support and guidance around business strategy and transformation topics after the sales cycle has completed. The role focuses on relationship-building and proactive support activities that promote customer satisfaction, product adoption, and retention & renewals. The role manages diverse, high-profile, and/or key accounts.
Key Tasks Of This Role
1. Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers
2. Understand and respond to customer needs, focusing on delivering value
3. Define and drive targeted, goal-based support engagement plans to realize key business outcomes and achieve a Preferred Success scorecard
4. Provide expertise in SAP Cloud solutions and facilitate access to product and functional expertise
5. Conduct personalized Quarterly Release Reviews & Continuous Trend analysis for risk mitigation, supporting customers in developing strategies to maximize adoption
6. Meet customer expectations by proactively resolving top issues, acting as an escalation point, and collaborating with other departments as needed
What You Bring
* Proven success in account management, proactive learner, and creative problem solver
* Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and customer-centric mindset
* Understanding of IT landscapes, SAP solutions, and cloud transition processes
* Ability to work independently, deliver results under pressure, and take ownership
* Fluency in English; fluency in Italian is desired
Education, Qualifications, and Work Experience
* Bachelor's or Honours Degree preferred
* Several years of customer success management or related experience, working with senior management
* Fluency in Arabic, Italian, French, Spanish, or German required
* Experience working in global or virtual teams is an advantage
