Join Amaris Consulting, where you can develop your potential and make a real difference within the company.✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field- 2+ years of experience in information security, including hands-on involvement in penetration testing or vulnerability management- Solid understanding of penetration testing methodologies (e.G., OSSTMM, PTES) and tools (e.G., Nmap, Burp Suite, Metasploit)- Working knowledge of network protocols, operating systems (Linux, Windows), and web application security- Proven experience coordinating with external vendors or third-party service providers- Excellent organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple pentesting projects and timelines- Strong English communication skills to clearly explain technical risks to non-technical stakeholders- Demonstrated stakeholder management abilities, including facilitating meetings and aligning cross-functional interests- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving security requirements and business prioritiesWHAT WILL YOU DO?- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of penetration testing activities across the organization- Plan, schedule, and coordinate internal and external pentesting engagements- Act as the central point of contact between technical teams, business units, and external providers- Prioritize testing activities based on business criticality, risk exposure, and project urgency- Monitor service delivery quality, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and reporting standards- Translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights for business and IT leadership- Maintain documentation, dashboards, and metrics to track pentest coverage, remediation progress, and service performance- Promote a culture of proactive security by driving awareness and continuous improvement in testing processes
