Do you dare to make an impact? YOUR ROLE
* The Operations & Supply Chain Management program offers a comprehensive overview of operations and supply chain management at Henkel Adhesive Technologies, preparing you for rapid development within the organization.
* During this 18-month trainee program, you will undertake responsible tasks and projects at one of our major production sites worldwide, gaining deep insights into various functions of operations and supply chain.
* The program consists of three phases of 6 months each:
* Building your Foundation: Join our production team to support efficiency and optimization initiatives.
* Exploring new horizons: Engage in 2 to 3 functional rotations in departments such as Quality, Engineering, Logistics, Lean Management, Supply Planning, or SHE.
* Consolidating your knowledge: Participate in a strategic project collaborating with regional and global supply chain teams.
* Simultaneously, you will be introduced to related functions like customer service, procurement, and sales to develop a broad organizational understanding.
* You will also benefit from personalized training and development plans to prepare you for future management roles.
* Throughout the program, you will receive mentorship from experienced professionals who will guide your career development and provide feedback.
* You will build valuable professional relationships with senior leaders and fellow trainees worldwide.
* Upon completing the program, you will be placed in a responsible position within our global operations and supply chain organization, opening diverse career opportunities.
* The planned start date is July 1st.
YOUR SKILLS
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics with a strong academic record.
* Up to 2 years of experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively at all management levels.
* Proficiency in Spanish and English.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills across organizational levels.
* Problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
* Aptitude for continuous learning and self-improvement.
* Willingness to relocate geographically.
* Motivation to develop into a future leader.
Available locations include Dublin, Ireland; Dusseldorf, Heidelberg, Hungary, Montornés, and Italy.
