We’re looking for an HR Intern to join our Human Resources team at Grand Hyatt Barcelona starting in December 2025 for a 6-month full-time internship.

What You’ll Be Doing
As part of the Human Resources team, you’ll be at the heart of the employee experience, with a special focus on labor and administrative management. Your tasks will include:
- Actively contribute to the operational management of the Human Resources area, supporting key processes that directly impact the employee experience.
- Participate in tasks related to labor administration, document management, and support for internal processes.
- Collaborate on initiatives that promote efficiency, organization, and continuous improvement within the department.
- Develop an individual project focused on optimizing a specific aspect of HR operations, with real impact and practical application.
- Receive training in a dynamic, supportive, and growth-oriented environment, where every contribution matters.
What We’re Looking For
- You’re currently studying Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Available full-time for 6 months starting in December 2025.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Organized, proactive, and people-oriented.
- Able to sign a collaboration agreement with your university or school.
- Legally authorized to work in Spain or eligible for internships in the EU.
