We are recruiting a Sales Project Manager to join our growing team in TGW Ibérica. The Sales Project Manager (SPM) advises TGW customers in finding the perfect intralogistics solution and develops tailor-made material handling concepts. The SPM works on customer projects and is responsible from lead acquisition until the handover of sold projects to the realization department.
What you'll be handling:
* Create and implement a project sales strategy
* Establish binding relationships with decision makers at all levels
* Develop concepts, calculations, and proposals for TGW customers in collaboration with the Systems Designers and other in-house expert departments
* Negotiate contracts, including commercial, legal, and technical aspects
* Conduct customer and competitor analyses regularly
* Ensure data quality in CRM system and perform simple back-office tasks
* Lead and motivate cross-functional teams in the sales process
What you'll need:
* Completed higher technical education in Science or Technical Engineering
* At least 5-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in material handling and intralogistics solutions
* Proactive attitude
* Ability to conduct market and customer research
* Strategic and structured sales skills for integrated systems
* Industry knowledge and understanding of process and intralogistics solutions
* Management and leadership skills
* Excellent social, communication, and intercultural skills
* Languages: proficiency in Spanish and English; German is a plus
