**WHAT YOUR TASKS ARE**:
As an Intern (F/M/D), you will helping with the office management. You will be involved in manyareas - exciting projects await you here. You will be involved in day-to-day business as well as inyour very own projects:
You inspire people for Porsche Digital along our innovative topics and actively work on our community
You will support us in the organization of various events such as fairs, conferences and our own meetups
You will help us to keep the inventory of the equipment, registering them in the systems, keeping the database up to date.
You will help us to keep the emergency contact base up to date.
You will help us create the best experience for our colleagues by contributing to the onboarding process.
You will help with health and safety issues, following up on the courses, answering questions about it. You will also help us to ensure that everyone is informed about the emergency protocols and have the documentation related to this.
You will help us create a database of suppliers in the office, ask for proposals, information, and other information
- You use Miro and PowerPoint to prepare content and presentations
**HAT YOU BRING ALONG**:
Enrollment at a university or college in the field of economics, business administration or acomparable course of study
First relevant contact points in event management are desirable Experienced handling of current tools and apps
Language skills: Fluent in written and spoken English & Spanish
People like to listen to you, you are passionate about your topics and you like to tell stories and inspire people
In addition to creativity and the will to innovate, you always focus on topics that you actively
prioritize
